Terms

These terms cover website work quoted by GBV Labs. A written quote for your project sits on top of this page if the two ever differ.

The studio

GBV Labs designs, recovers, and grows websites — custom builds, SEO, security, ecommerce, and payment setup. We are a service studio. We do not sell investments, trading products, or guaranteed income.

Starting a project

Send a complete brief: what you need, the current site if you have one, and any deadline. We reply with a plan, timeline, and a price. Work starts only after the agreed payment lands — then we begin immediately, including tools, domains, hosting, and other resources the job needs.

Two ways to pay

The quote states which path applies. It depends on the task, the timeline, and the project details.

50% to start

You pay half to open the job. When the work is ready you get a live demo. Remaining balance is cleared, then we hand over files and access.

Full amount up front

If you need the project finished on a tight deadline, you can pay the full quoted fee in advance. We start and complete against that paid scope.

Currency and collection

Prices are discussed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If you are overseas, we discuss the fee in USD. Payment is collected by invoice or payment link through PayFast, PayPro, Swich, or AsanPay. Gateway fees charged by those providers sit with their own terms.

Files and access

You keep your brand assets and the content you send us. Project files, admin access, and handover happen after the quoted fee is paid in full — either because you paid 100% at the start, or because the remaining 50% is cleared after the live demo.

Brief and revisions

Give complete details before we build. That is how we hit the mark the first time. Each quoted website includes three revision rounds for changes inside the agreed brief.

If we delivered what we discussed and you simply do not like the result, that is not a revision. The job was done to the brief you approved. Extra design direction, new pages, or a change of scope is a new quote.

SEO

Search work takes time. Results depend on the domain, existing content, keyword targeting, competition, and technical health. We do not promise rankings, traffic, or sales, and we cannot show meaningful SEO progress in a few days. The quote covers the work we will actually do — not a guaranteed position on Google.

Tools bought for the job

Domains, hosting, plugins, themes, and similar purchases made for your project are used immediately. Those costs are not undone if you later want to stop. See Refunds.

After payment, the job is open

Once any project payment is received — 50% or 100% — we start. Cancellation after that point is not available. There is no refund for a change of mind, a pause, or unused time. That is because the work, tools, and resources are already in motion.

What we will not do

We refuse work that is illegal, fraudulent, or designed to harm people. Official GBV Labs email ends in @gbvlabs.pk. WhatsApp support is 0305 8776040 only. Report impersonation to admin@gbvlabs.pk.

Liability

We are responsible for the scope in your quote. Hosting, domains, plugins, and search engines are third parties. If something goes wrong inside our quoted work, our liability is limited to the fee paid for that project.
