Refunds

Quotes are free. After a project payment is received, the job is open and the fee is not returned.

No refund after payment

We start as soon as the agreed amount arrives — 50% or the full fee. That same day we can be buying tools, domains, hosting, plugins, and other resources for the build. For that reason, a client cannot cancel after 50% (or any later progress) and receive money back.

A change of mind, a delay on your side, or “we no longer need the site” does not create a refund.

When money is due

50% path

First payment opens the project. Live demo comes next. Remaining balance is paid before files and access are handed over. The first 50% is not refundable once paid.

Full payment path

Paying the total quoted fee in advance starts and funds the whole job, including rush timelines. That payment is not refundable once received.

What is never refunded

Project fees after the invoice or payment link is paid
Domain, hosting, SSL, plugins, themes, and similar purchases made for the job
Gateway charges from PayFast, PayPro, Swich, or AsanPay
Time already spent on design, recovery, SEO, or development

Revisions are not refunds

A quoted site includes three revision rounds inside the agreed brief. If we built what we discussed and you do not personally like it, that is not a refund and not a fourth revision. Scope changes are a new quote.

Billing questions

If an invoice looks wrong, write to admin@gbvlabs.pk before opening a chargeback. A chargeback on a job we have already started pauses handover until it is resolved. It does not create a refund of work or purchases already made.
